Hi Gillean
Could you please tell me where you bought this bread as my daughter has just been told she is severly allergic to gluten and wheat and milk and eggs among other things. the naturopath told her to have potatoe bread so this would be great. thank you so much!

Hi, my Naturopathic doctor referred me to this same bakery recently when I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. The potato flax bread IS truly a breathtaking discovery among all those other (gag) regular gf type breads available on the market. I'm wondering if I can find a similar recipe to make it myself so I don't have to travel in and buy bulk loads..however I doubt I can make it myself for as little as 3.99 per loaf! Great bread, great deal.

Without a doubt the best GF bread on the planet. My wife and I did NOT believe it was GF. It toasts pefect, it has the same texture as wheat based bread, it has flavour... it probably has zero nutritional value - and who cares! They recommend you call the day before so you can make to order. Buy a few loaves and freeze them.
